PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
As Principal Engineer at JTL Engineering, Mike Lippis brings more than 19 years of experience designing mechanical systems that are practical, efficient, and built to last. He has worked on more than 750 projects, providing HVAC, plumbing, and building automation system designs for commercial buildings, schools, healthcare facilities, restaurants, manufacturing plants, custom homes, municipal buildings, and a wide variety of other projects.
Mike enjoys partnering with clients from the earliest stages of a project through construction, whether it's a new building or a complex renovation. He believes the best solutions come from understanding each client's goals and delivering designs that are functional, cost-effective, and tailored to the project.
His approach balances energy efficiency, long-term performance, and construction costs, helping clients get the most value from their investment without compromising quality. By combining technical expertise with practical, real-world experience, Mike delivers mechanical systems that perform reliably today and well into the future.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
As Principal Engineer at JTL Engineering, Josh Fifield brings more than 21 years of experience in commercial mechanical engineering. Throughout his career, he has served as a designer, project manager, and senior engineer, helping clients develop HVAC and plumbing systems that are efficient, reliable, and tailored to the unique needs of each project.
Josh has worked on a diverse range of facilities, including research laboratories, healthcare, dental and veterinary clinics, K–12 schools and universities, as well as offices, retail spaces, restaurants, hotels, public safety facilities, manufacturing plants, and other commercial buildings. His broad experience allows him to confidently design solutions for projects ranging from straightforward commercial spaces to highly specialized environments with complex mechanical and control systems.
Josh believes that successful projects are built on collaboration. He works closely with owners, architects, contractors, and the entire design team to understand project goals, solve challenges early, and deliver practical, high-quality solutions that support the project's long-term success.
A LEED Accredited Professional, Josh has helped deliver energy-efficient buildings that have achieved both LEED Silver and Gold certification. He is experienced in designing all major types of heating and cooling systems and is committed to producing detailed, well-coordinated construction documents that make installation as smooth as possible. From initial design through construction, Josh remains actively involved to answer questions, support the project team, and help ensure every project is completed successfully.
